Randall Abarca Alfaro, Supervisor at B&T Consulting
New projects, goals to meet, unexpected changes in operations: business environments are volatile and companies are afraid to make decisions about staff growth that are not sustainable in the long term, since it is no secret that the effort and resources required to find talent are necessary.
That is where seasonal services come into play; when workloads exceed the capacity of the organization’s staff, hiring outsourcing resources dedicated 100% to meeting a goal or project allows companies to continue operating normally.
At B&T Consulting, we have been strategic partners of our clients for 15 years, providing the support of our organization through specialized resources that are responsible for operationalizing and streamlining processes in areas such as: business analysis, project management, technology development, and operational tasks in the accounting and financial areas.
We make sure to select the most suitable resources so that the learning process, adaptation and execution of the assigned tasks and/or responsibilities is efficient for the client. The winning attitude and the search for excellence are our personal hallmark, which is why each person who joins one of our clients’ accounts begins to contribute from day one.
How do you know if your company requires these services? A good exercise is to look back.
History will always allow us to identify where the peaks and valleys of every organization are, at what time work overloads play against the stability of the operation.
Another important aspect is to plan in advance the processes or changes that the company wants to implement.
For example, if we are going to make a simple system change that will be executed between June, July and August – traditional time for fiscal closing in many companies in the multinational sector – it is very likely that my internal resources will not be able to cope, so the experts of a firm like ours are the key to making the process flow properly.
Audits are another process where companies may require seasonal resources in order to lessen the impact on the day-to-day of the organization. During those three or four months a year, our company’s outsourcing staff is at the service of the client to provide key support.
And we cannot ignore that as part of that added value that seasonal services provide to companies, the open mind and eye for detail of the experts assigned to the client stand out, who have the innate ability to identify opportunities for improvement or potential risks, thus generating new opportunities for the company, and promoting a long-term relationship under the premise of “win-win.”
